Absolutely marvelous people. Their store is totally vital for us permanent residents, and, of course, visitors. A veritable Aladdin's Cave of hardware goodies. Check out what they have online too. If it's too heavy, they deliver for a fee.

A good little building supply store near the end of the road on the Sunshine Coast. Limited lumber options but a decent sized yard with enough selection to get most jobs done. If you need something specific, best to call in advance and see about stock options. Friendly and helpful staff.

I’m a contractor and I have been to many Ronas. This is by far the worst Rona I have ever been to. Inventory is low or zero. Inventory control is completely broken. They can’t order it in for you because “it’s not a corporate store” They wouldn’t accept my contractor card because “it’s not a corporate store” Most of the staff are helpful yet incompetent, but the real problem with this store is management. This store is doing a real disservice to the Rona brand and reputation and their franchise license should be revoked.

Unfortunately in order to leave a comment here I have to give one star, they don't deserve it but they got it anyway. Service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life!! I'm a local here and I would recommend going to the one if sechelt if you want to get served. Not sure how the people who work there still have job's you can tell here in Pender we are desperate for workers. You could walk around for hours and never have anyone say hi or ask if you need help trust me I know form repeat experiance. Take my word for ot go else where.
