Getting things done during the pandemic is difficult but getting things from RONA couldn't have been easier. I had some very specific product requirements and they filled my order quickly and with a smile. Great service from the staff at the Rona in Chatham. Couldn't be happier.

I had bought a saw here two days ago. I noticed after I got it home that it had been used. (Sawdust etc) called, and they gave me some money off right away. Or affected to exchange it. Great service!!
I am currently renovating my home and Rona Chatham far exceeds the customer service and speeds of other big box stores in town. This review is specifically for February 3rd. where I needed a can on polyurethane to finish my floors and didn't realize it until an hour before closing. The online order told me it wouldn't be ready for pickup until the next day. I called the store and explained it was the difference between sleeping on a floor an additional night or a bed and they made sure I got the polyurethane that day. I know they are incredibly busy, but to get me my order before it was ready is exemplary customer service. The lady working that night deserves a raise!
Purchased online. Had a pickup ready in 20min. Yard guys were super friendly and helpful. Gentlemen that came to my car w my slip, was super happy and easy to talk with.
None of their staff pick up the phone when the operator puts you through. There is also no in-store shopping despite it being listed as an option. Did everyone at Rona get the ‘rona?! **incorrect opening times - arrived at 17:30 to find out they close at 17:00 on Sundays. Why does NOBODY UPDATE THEIR GOOGLE MAPS PAGES?!
