We went in to purchase a BBQ. Waited for someone to see us lingering, then finally were able to flag down a customer service rep to page someone to assist us, and no one ever came. There were young employees milling about everywhere but no one seemed interested in helping out. 20 mins later we are now at Home Depot buying a BBQ, and have had excellent service from Tom. Sorry you missed the sale, Rona. You need to hone your customer service training and procedures.

Excellent service & delivery! Materiels package properly wrapped, sturdy enough for forklift. Forklift guy knew how to operate the equipment (a rarity). I'm hesitant to order online, however, RONA folks make it easy and are the best.
