Andrew, Ang and Dan-o are usually good to deal with. Lately I've bought 4 loads of drywall and have had it delivered to my cottage and they've helped carry in, now I'm told that my 5th and final load will not be carried in I will have to find someone else to carry it or go elsewhere. After spending 10's of thousands at this store I'm disappointed in the poor customer service today and will likely be dealing with Home Hardware just down the road. Good luck in future with the abrupt mannerisms on phone I refuse to accept.

My friend and I have visited this place many times as she owns a home up here..the 2 female staff that we have felt with at different times are VERY RUDE and make u feel like u are interrupt ing them..very sad
This Rona is well stocked and has Just about anything you could need for cottage county. Very reasonable delivery rate also.
