Every time I enter this place of business, I am greeted with nothing but friendly faces and familiar chipper voices inviting me in! Whether I am working on a personal project or completing one for work, it is always a pleasure to come to RONA. The cashiers and salesmen are always so friendly. I get help whenever I am in need of assistance, and it is always with warm smiles and light hearted humor. It means a lot that there is a store in this industry that still keeps a personable atmosphere. When I go to the yard to pick up an order the shippers are extremely helpful and great to chat with. Coming in to RONA is like coming home. Keep it up!

I've always liked shopping at Rona. The staff there have been working for Rona for years and are very knowledgeable a out the products Rona carry. Unfortunately this Rona location is closing permanently.
Wouldn’t even give them any stars. We went there some guy was walking towards us and we asked if they sold lattice he looked us us dumbfounded and said “uh ya” and walked away then completely walked away. Didn’t even care that he left us their confused and not knowing what to do or asking us to wait a moment. They are so rude and ignorant there, not willing to help clients. Will definitely never go back there.
They didn't have exactly what I wanted! The prices were still kinda high for our taste.

Customer service at bottom of barrel. Salesman too "busy" to serve me. Walked out of store. Manager aware. I let their Head Office know about this. Hope they send undercover customer in from Head Office to see how customers are treated.
