Roman and Robert are absolute amazing! I cannot recommend them enough! They say you shouldn’t believe everything you read, but I can assure you these two are the real deal. They are very nice, friendly people. Robert provides great customer service, and Roman great quality workmanship! The prices they give are VERY fair and they honour the price they originally give you. Don’t waste your time going to other watchmakers, no one can compare to this place. Do yourself a favour and use Roman’s, you will not be disappointed! The ONLY shop I will use from now on, for ALL of my watch/clock needs!

Excellent place to bring your clocks and watches; the customer service is top-notch and they are truly the clock experts. My mom's treasured clock of more than 30 years kept draining the battery; every 3 weeks we were replacing the battery. We brought it in and they were able to replace the clock movement and voila!!! Like new, it's working perfectly, the pendulum is moving even faster and I'm sure this clock will last another 30 years! Not to mention that my watch battery was replaced on the spot in less than 10 minutes. It's so great to still have these local businesses that know their stuff, provide great service, and we're supporting local. Thank you so much!
These guys know watches. Quick fast friendly service at a good price. They do exactly what they say and don't try and push for unnecessary repairs. They also give you options to fit your budget. Strongly recommend visiting this place.
I needed my watch battery changed. A friend recommended going here because my watch is on the more expensive end. Battery was replaced in 10 minutes for a very reasonable price. Very professional and friendly. Will return 100%. Keep up the amazing work.
