We purchased a new RV some distance away from our home. Ensuring that our yearly check was done to keep the warranty valid, and of course our RV in good condition, Tim was recommended as he is mobile. Within calling Tim he was able to schedule us within a week. On time, Tim not only went over our RV but showed me exactly what to look for and how to maintain our roof and seals ourself in the future and what product to use and where to get it. You know the service is fantastic when someone shows you how to do their job and passes along the DIY information. Tim spent a couple of hours going over a few items with me. The price was very reasonable. Tim was engaging and social. I would not hesitate to call Tim when our RV has future issues. I certainly appreciate the education and advice. Excellent service.
