I entered a cell phone contract with these shysters years ago and have been regretting it ever since. Their signal coverage is terrible and their service representatives consistently just tell you whatever you want to hear but it's always lies. If you're already with rogers cancel now rather than waiting for a time when you won't be charged cancellation fees because despite what they tell you such a time does not exist.
