I was having issues with my phone and the Rogers insurance provider, Brite Star, so i decided to stop by this Rogers location for help. Amber and Karan were AMAZING! They went above and beyond to help me with my phone and even though the issue could not be fixed that day, Amber called back the following business day to ensure that Brite Star fixed their errors. I am not one for leaving reviews, but their customer service was worth a shout out. Highly recommended dealing with these two! Thanks again!

The staff here are amongst some of the most professional and caring staff I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. They are very serious about their COVID protocols which made me feel very safe. If you need to go out of your way, or even if you need to book time off for the travel, come to this location. I don’t ever write reviews, but as I never received a survey I thought I would leave one. Amber and her coworker Karan are incredible. I went to a few locations In Calgary who refused to help me due to Covid, without even trying. Amber and Karan went above and beyond and are the only reasons why I am staying with Rogers. Covid measures are a bit ridiculous and I don’t agree with them however I understand the need for safety. The store is very clean, they’re very fast, and they gave me one hell of a good deal. I will be sending friends and family to this location only. Thank you Amber and Karan
