Friendly service! Cool store where they have rooms where you can test out their products. You can “visit” Pixelville and the employees will show you the different features of the Google Pixel, Nest Hub, Nest Max and Nest Mini. They also have a coffee shop within the store where you can grab coffee, tea, latte or a pastry snack.

It was my last day at work. Our company struggled ti stay open during COVID. On this same last day, my phone stopped working. The Yonge Dundas Street Rogers location was the only store in Toronto on a Saturday that was open past 7 PM! Juvana was AMAZING. He customer handling and sensitivity skills were more than I could expect and more that I have experienced from a company in a long time. For the time I spent with Juvana, her kindness was enough to help me forget about it being the last day in my work, and that my phone fell and stopped working. Juvana naturally made sure I was just a person like her and that these things happen. If you get an opportunity to visit this store, you will be thrilled to have Juvana take care of you!! I called the call centre the next day to complete some of my new phone details, and the rep on the phone could not come close to extending care and compassion as Juvana did. Thank you Rogers Yonge & Dundas!!!

Customer service rep (one specific guy) did not provide any support. First,misleading info about ability to reserve iPhone,spent one hour in store making sure it can be picked up the next day. Next day (today) we call to arrange time for pick up,and the very same guy says that according to their policy,he cannot reserve or hold any phones. Question now, why would you mislead and waste our time? And why would you promise something that’s not happening? Man,so not cool

If you want to experience excellent Customer Service , with excellent follow up after the purchase then just walk into Rogers 302 store and ask for Narisa . I guarantee you after you have dealt with her this will become your go to place for all your wireless needs. Bob M

So offensive.. So redicurous.. I went to buy products from Rogers 302, Dundas Sq, at the Downtown of Toronto, Canada. They asked me for 2 peices of IDs and my SIN number in order to enter the outlet. NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO ASK THIS MUCH EXCEPT THE GOVRONMENT ENTITIES. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH ROGERS TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND DON'T RECOMMEND IT AS SERVICE PROVIDER.
