Worst service possible. Three grown men in the store and nobody will help you. They wont let you into the store unless you touch a PA button on the street which is not COVID safe, and the system doesn't even work. You cant hear it and nobody will even consider opening a door to talk with them. For a telecommunications business their own equipment doesn't work and their employees are completely useless. Less than one star. Will never give money to them again. Terrible people and experience

Jason was a great help today. My phone was damage so I had to get a new one. He took the time to explain my upgrade options, what the new plan would cost with each phone, and helped transfer everything from my old phone onto my new one. Very professional and very helpful. Thanks Jason!
Best customer service I ever experienced in a mobility store. Quick, easy and super friendly! Just went in today to pick up a free modem and they treated me like I was picking up a million dollar phone. Thank you all!
Stay away. Horrible service! Executive staff makes false accusations and service disconnection threats. Lack of professionalism from some staff.
Douglas was nice, patient and helpful. But Roger needs to work on its infrastructure. I am supposed to get a corporate deal since Im with RBC, but their system has a bug that makes my bill looks higher than it should be. Working on fixing it tho
