Having to sign in and register on a tablet while actual humans ignore you, makes your soul die a little bit. 15 minutes later, you get to hear that they can't help you, and 45 seconds of actually speaking could have saved 15 minutes of sitting there like an idiot. If you want to get a sense of how unimportant you are, then this is the place. "Did you remember to sign in and register? Peeeeer fect." I would think that if you are over 60, this would be your perfect version of techno hell.

lol there are clearly some rogers haters in this posting, either that or they just want to whine. it was the best service Ive ever received from any provider, and everybody I know says the same. Went in today looking for a new phone because mine wasnt turning on and in 2 minutes he had it up and running and saved me hundreds of dollars. I would give 5 stars but nothing is perfect
I don't understand how this store is still open and still able to employ even one person... especially the one that works there. He literally smokes constantly right outside the entrance door - huge turn off to begin with... and then I went in there today to talk about a new contract and right away - without even asking me one question - he says "just so you know, I can't help you at all because our systems are down.... typical Rogers service in Uxbridge on a stormy day... " OH perfect. That's exactly what's going to make me want to sign a new contract. Geeze. I walked out by saying "well that's an amazing selling feature. see ya." Honestly....
Took my 6 week old phone in because it would not read the SIM card. After getting some BS excuse about software getting confused I was told to do a factory reset. I was told my only other option was purchasing a new SIM card but that probably would not help me. I left and reluctantly backed up and reset the phone that night which did not help. I ended up bringing the phone to a different Rogers store (Five Points mall in Oshawa) and they replaced the SIM card right away at no charge and told me that a factory reset was just a waste of time for the problem I was experiencing. The problem seems to be solved. Save the aggravation and go somewhere else for tech support.
