I received my orchids today, and I absolutely love them. These beautiful plants arrived quickly (overnight shipping, though the shipping date was delayed until the weather would be suitable, which I highly appreciate), and the packaging was just perfect. Each plant was carefully protected with cotton stuffing and paper, the heat pack was still warm, and the box was very well insulated. And I also have to mention the fantastic customer service! I had plenty questions about how to properly care for these orchids, and they gave me some really great in-depth advice. Overall, I am very pleased and I highly recommend Roehampton Orchids, I'll definitely purchase more of their beautiful plants in the future. (I took the pictures before repotting, but it shows that they all arrived in really great condition. These four little beauties look even better in real life, though)

Highly recommend purchasing from Roehampton Orchids. I ordered from them in October 2020 and again last week (January 2021). My order came robustly packaged, insulated and my plant was in wonderful condition! Despite ordering during the fall/winter months, my plants arrived healthy and in great shape. What makes them stand out is their diverse collection of orchids, specifically jewel orchids and most importantly, their customer service. It is truly bar none! Andrew went above and beyond to solve an issue I had and I am extremely pleased with how everything turned out! Thank you again Roehampton and team for a wonderful shopping experience!

Extremely happy with my purchases!!! Quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and are willing to make sure I was happy with my orchids :) They also made sure I wouldn't kill them. What i love most is that, they have a wide range of rare orchids I've never seen before til I found them this year!!! All i can say is.... its very dangerous for my wallet as i like to pick up my plants and they are so local to me... :) highly recommended
