Just picked up our 2021 Viking 17FQ this past weekend. We started our adventure in August 2020 by responding to their ad on Kijiji.. Chris was very professional and was willing to answer all our questions during our phone conversation that we decided to put a deposit on the trailer. Chris was told by the manufacture that with all the covid issues the expected arrival would be sometime around Thanksgiving... unfortunately covid back logged the production even more so the arrival got pushed back 3 more times by no fault of the dealer.. during the delay we arranged to make regular deposit payments on the trailer until we were able to arrange the final sale and pick up date. With all the price increases of materials etc for the trailer over the last 8 months I must admit we were very impressed that the price we discussed back in August never changed..... Chris was good on everything we talked about.. We bought the trailer basically over one phone call and a few emails and we were very pleased with Chris in his professionalism , honesty and creating customer confidence in his company. We drove 4 hours to pickup the trailer and honestly it was well worth the trip.. Thank you Chris Dale & Lynn Allison
