Came here recently on a very busy weekend, but had an awesome shopping experience. When I first got there, I waited in line for about 15 minutes before being allowed to head in due to covid occupancy restrictions. I was a little frustrated when I walked in due to being impatient, but it was no fault of Swarovski. Once I was in allowed in, I was greeted by one of the ladies working there. She was not pushy and respected my space. When I eventually found what I thought I was looking for, I asked for assistance. This is where my experience with Swarovski was like no other! The item I thought I wanted wasn't the best choice for the recipient was I planning to give it to. It turns out after having a good conversation with the sales lady, she determined that another item was a better match based on the personality description of my recipient. This new item was also a little bit cheaper, but the sales lady promised it would be better. She was not wrong! Suffice to say, I will be coming back to this store in the future and will be recommending it to all my friends and family who need some fancy crystals in their lives!

I wish I could 0 stars, horrible service from staff and manager the need a lot of training in customer service. I went to exchange a gift and the lady said I could but only something worth it half price, as I do not have a receipt. The box and necklace are intact with all the tags, I do understand you have policies but in this difficult time you should have some flexibility, at the end the day you still have a job and the store is still open because few customers with No good reviews. I would not recommend this store at all,STAFF is awful!!! not buy here.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Wow talk about horrible customer service. I went and spent almost 1000 at the store couple of days before Christmas. One of the necklaces I bought was missing and they gave me an empty box instead. I asked them to ship it and they refused. Since then I have been to the store twice to get the item I paid for and every time they say manager is not here. Wow talk about bad customer service. I wonder how many times more I have to go to the mall to get an item I paid for. Stay away from store....

I had the worst experience on March 6 around 1-2PM. I wish I could give this place zero stars. My friend and I were going to ask the greeter (Indian looking woman in her early 20's) if we could come inside however, she yelled at us before we could even do that. There were no customers at the line during this time and instead of politely telling us to wait she gave us attitude and screamed at us "stand outside!" Every store at this mall has greeters in order to control the lines because of COVID, but she didn't greet us at all, instead she screamed at us and rolled her eyes. I'm never shopping here again and I will make sure my family and friends know what a horrible service this particular store has. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! To the manager of this store, please teach your employees some manners!
