They were amazing! I was at work and everything has handled online and by text message. They left tags so I knew both areas had been winterized as I have multiple zones. They followed up with me making sure I followed the correct steps at the right time. They send email reminders as well with my best interest at heart. This is a lovely, organized, reasonably priced company. You would be missing out if you didn’t use them for any service !!

I have used Naiad for several years. They installed my irrigation system initially and I had them in to do repairs/re-route one line when my fence was rebuilt. I also have them do my annual blow-out of the system every fall. They are very professional and the people that I have met definitely know what they are doing and always do a good job. They are also willing to answer any questions I may have when they are here. I definitely recommend this company.
Wonderful customer service and always send timely reminders prior to each season for spring start up or fall shut down. The ability to online book service is really efficient and I appreciate the discount for early booking! Great company.
New customers to Naiad in 2020. We completed our landscaping and they installed our full irrigation and bubbler systems with full automation. Crews were professional, great follow up to set up the automation and excellent customer service following the installation to both tune our system and make any required changes to ensure the job was to perfection. We will use Naiad going forward for all annual maintenance - two thumbs up!
