So, I took my 4 guitars in to be serviced. What can I say? Beautiful job, fair price and done in a timely fashion. Not only that, but very knowledgeable and Tim, the gentleman who did the work, was great in passing that knowledge on in a respectful manner. 5 stars and will only have my babies looked at by them. Thanks so much, mate!

Fantastic place to go!! My wife wanted to start playing the guitar so we went and checked this place out and wow! At both locations I was extremely impressed with the experience and overall friendliness the staff has shown during each of our visits here. The staff were very knowledgable and honest, they didn't try selling us stuff we didn't need and was willing to answer some of the most obvious questions. I walked in there knowing nothing but the staff just makes you feel at home and comfortable. I highly recommend this place to the people that are not experienced, to the people nervous to start something new as this place will leave you feeling excited and ready to learn. Thank you guys for all your excellent service, experience and products.

Extremely poor customer service. Implied my dad is a liar and that the employees there never make a mistake. Extremely condescending. Told me there is no device for Apple like this... Wouldn’t recommend dealing with them. Long and Mcquad is WAY more knowledgeable! Knew what my dad wanted right away (after all, he specifically asked both places for an IPAD compatible interface).

For starters, my brother and I both love this store! A year ago I bought a damaged floor model ukulele because it was the only one of that model they had at the time, and I was certain on having it! It had a bit of damage but it didn’t bother me... until I started having fret buzz and realized it was not playing nicely anymore. I called the store and Tim told me to bring it in. Upon inspection and trying to fix it, he realized that it was beyond repair and he wasn’t happy with making me pay for something that wasn’t the quality of the product I should be deserving. Since only having had the ukulele for a year, I was able to get a brand new one of the same model with no additional cost, thanks to Tim! This store, and the people who work here really care about the integrity and quality of instruments, rather than just trying to scam you out of your money. I feel like I’m always in good hands when I go to Guitar works! thank you for making it worth every penny!
