Very good quality shoes, comfortable for work. Theo only thing is that their collection is not very fashionable it’s mainly focused on comfort. The store is clean, well organized and well lit with a good overall ambiance. The clearance section is relatively small and could use more items added to it. Overall the men’s collection there is better than the women’s.

Chandan the store manager is always pleasing to deal with. He has extensive knowledge about shoes and always recommend based on our needs. He is the go to person and the quality of shoes of ECCO is amazing. I got 2 pairs of shoes and recommend Chandan to my friends too, they too got shoes from him and are so thankful to him. I just had the displeasure of dealing with the rudest and most obnoxious lady I have ever encountered. I was entering the store seconds after putting on my own hand sanitizer. Instead of asking politely and quietly to use their hand sanitizer, she yelled and was extremely condescending and forceful. Needless to say I left and will not be coming back if she is still there.

This store is great but there is a woman that works there and her mouth is nasty. I was in this store looking for shoes and she spoke to the other employee like she was dirt. She mentioned that she would hurt the other employee and she complained the entire time to the employee while there was customers in the store. She kept saying that she does everything and this employee does nothing. I would have her fired if I was the store manager. Nasty and rude to the other employees. Disgusting vocabulary. Very unprofessional. Get rid of her.

Easily the worst Customer Services experienced I ever had. They have a price mistake and they make it sounds like it is not their problem and suspect I changed the price tag! When I try to argue with manager she don't appreciate my attitute. Wish I can give this Ecco a 0 star
