I am totally blown away by the service and professionalism that Becky and Miranda provided for my simple little project. I am a veteran now driving truck and wanted decals with my name and years of service made. They provided them for me in a single day (a couple of hours) then I had to come back to get them redone because I took a transfer and couldn’t take my tractor. Miranda put another project on hold to get mine done that afternoon. The quality of the product was perfect and the service was outstanding. Thanks ladies

So I had a small order made of some decals for staff gifts, I contacted these folks with bad art and a quick deadline. Desoite all this the two ladies I dealt with here were great. They treated my order well, delivered on time and communicated with me well.
We ordered a truck wrap. When we picked the truck up the image was extremely pixilated. Not close to what the approved proof looked like. Not good quality. Not sure why the poor quality wrap was even installed. They offered to discount the job. We ended up wrapping 4 more trucks, which looked good. Almost 6000 spend in total. Now we require a small version printed out. They will not show me what the small version will look like unless I pay 50% without seeing it. Huh? I called Becky and said that makes no sense to charge a past customer just to see a smaller version of what we have already paid for. She was rigid with her stance and said that's the way they do it. Well, our company will now be rigid never doing business with Dream Image again.
Truly the dream team to work with!! Honest, hard working, and dedicated to their customers. Reasonable pricing and quality products - great value for the work.
