Do not use this company. Terrible experience. Wade said he had the flu and rebooked another date he would be coming, twice. Never showed up either time. 3 times total. We had to have our septic tank pumped out again. Next thing we hear is that he is out in Whitefish. We made one more appointment and he showed up but left the old pump there for us to clean up. When questioned he said it was common practice and unless we paid him another 50.00 he was not removing it. Then Wade threatened to come out and remove the new pump if we failed to pay him. At no time was he upfront about extra charges for removing the old pump. Use this company at your own risk. Beware......unless you like being jerked around and lied to. Not even a 1 star rating l but could not find any negative star rating to give him. A big minus 10.
