They have excellent services, even amhave a gym upstairs that is state of the art, as well as twin arenas! If curling is your thing! They have that too! Not much of a sports player? But like sitting in sports bars!? ..ha yup you guessed it! Theres one upstairs that overlooks the curling lanes. There are board rooms you can use for any types of meeting and or banquette upstairs as well. Fantastic staff as well they're very friendly and very informative. Overall YES! I recommend this place.

Excellent expansion and modernization of the entire complex. The gym facility is second to none and maintenance is excellent. I look forward to every visit.
Great community rink.
The equipment selection is acceptable, but definitely on the limited side. My main gripes are that you can't work out after 9pm, they're closed on all holidays and their price point is the same as every other gym in town. This gyms atmosphere is quiet which is a plus. All in though I would definitely go to one of the other gyms in town.
