I am very happy that I chose Rockwood Kitchens to help with my new kitchen. My designer, Brenna Forsythe, came up with a plan that included all I had asked for plus some things that I hadn't thought of that are now my favorite features. The cabinetry is high quality and the employees that I met were all very professional. I can recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

We were asked to do a review on our kitchen when we first had it installed in Feb 2019. We opted to wait until our kitchen had seen some serious usage and we'd settled into our new home. We are so incredibly pleased that it still looks as good as the day it was put in 2 years later. The quality and service is beyond compare. We have received so many compliments on the way it looks and have referred many friends to Rockwood. A very special shout out to Kelsee in the Pickering showroom who was so very patient with us, listened to what we wanted, used her creativity and imagination to produce something spectacular and gave us some stellar advice....always with a smile on her face and a warm welcoming demeanour. Another shout out to Damian our installer who is beyond talented at his craft. We would highly recommend not skimping and getting the crown moulding that makes such an impression. All of the corner lazy susans, pullouts and pot drawers are amazing as well. Thank you Rockwood!
Great experience, we worked with designer Brenna to come up with a kitchen design that worked for us. She was very patient and accommodating. They go above and beyone to meet your financial and design needs! Overall we would highly recommend Rockwood
Rockwood Kitchens is awesome! We had our cabinets and countertop installed there, and from the design to the install, the whole process was really smooth. They are pretty open to any ideas you have for your kitchen, but with this being our first time we installed a kitchen, we let the designer, Brenna, take charge which I felt was the right choice because she really knew how to design a nice kitchen!! In terms of the quality, the countertop and cabinets are top quality with a really wide range of selection so you are not stuck with limited options. And honestly, I was shocked at how affordable the price of a kitchen was with Rockwood! For the quality, you get a great price! I would definitely recommend Rockwood Kitchens to anyone!
I cannot say enough good things about Rockwood. We are absolutely IN LOVE with our kitchen. Brenna gave us top notch professional customer service going above and beyond to ensure we were 100% happy. She offered us countless options, always double checked and put the time and research in when we had a question. I am very picky and particular and Brenna and the Rockwood team did not disappoint. We have never done a professional kitchen reno before and wanted to ensure communication and quality was not going to be an issue and meet our budget. Rockwood definitely came through. Not only was Brenna fast communicating, she was on top of things and the install crew showed up when they said he would. If you choose Rockwood I can guarantee you will not be disappointed or have any regret. I love our kitchen and the cupboards and cabinets and pantry. We are very happy we chose them to invest in as Brenna really made it an easy process as stressful as it was. If I had another kitchen to do I would definitely use Rockwood again. Also Tim the installer was extremely pleasant to work with, also went above and beyond and was professional. We had a few minor things that needed adjustments after the fact and another guy named Qing who was also courteous and professional and did an excellent job making sure we were happy. Thank you again Rockwood for all your wonderful service!
We worked closely with designer Kelsee Long when renovating our kitchen. We were very pleased the design, price point and Kelsee's guidance throughout the process. We are very happy with the outcome!
We cannot day enough good things about Emily at Rockwood Pickering and the entire Rockwood team. From the get go, Emily came up with a plan that gave us everything we wanted. Subsequent changes were no problem, Emily always came back with solutions and options. The kitchen was installed when Emily said it would be and there were no surprises with price or the finished product. Emily and the Rockwood team are a pleasure to work with, they put in the effort to make sure you are taken care of, the finished product is solid, useful and looks great. All at a price that beat everything else we looked at. Thank you Emily and everyone at Rockwood.
