I just received two of three sunnies after a long 6 weeks and one feels so completely cheap and nasty is it ridiculous. The arm doesn't even open up so I can't wear them. The customer service team are pretty much non existent. I would just stare clear from these guys and fork out and buy a decent pair of sunglasses for a little more money.

I'm totally over this company and their poor customer service. I understand these are cheaply made plastic sunglasses, but I thought they would last more than a few days. I ordered a replacement pair hoping for a better experience only to receive the wrong ones and I'm told I have to ship them back to Canada, apparently at my own expense. I ordered another pair earlier in the year and still haven't received them. By the way, I did manage to find out the name of their company Founder and CEO. It's Lucas Machado. I sent him a message through LInkedin. Perhaps others should as well as leaving a message on their Facebook page.
Terrible Customer Service. Order was placed July 15. No shades have been received. No refund has been sent after multiple request. I've tried reaching them via email and facebook messenger. Total scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Haven't receive my sunnies, no much info from the brand, Super frustrated.
I ordered a pair back in April/May and still don't have them. I received emails from Julia Muniz, Operations Coordinator who promised I'd get them and didn't Then another pair I ordered arrived today, but they are the wrong color. I hope to get this resolved, but I don't think it will at this point.

I love love love Rocka Shades!! I’ve bought 3 pairs during Black Friday, during Christmas I’ve gifted my family and guess what? I bought again cause summer is coming and I’ll have different styles to chose from! I just can’t get enough! I’m a loyal customer and I can totally say that their glasses are much better than high end brands! Very attractive prices as well! Lovely design, amazing customer service! Highly recommend!
