My roof was leaking, and on Saturday morning they were able to get a 40’ ladder delivered to my house, within the hour I think. They’ve just picked up the ladder today and already processed the refund for the amount of time I didn’t need it. Great service, thank you.

Great business with a focus on quality and customer service. Second time I rent floor refinishing equipment from them (drum sander and edger) - their prices were better than other places. I reserved the equipment in advance by email and always had fast responses. Also no issues when I called to see if I could pick them up a few hours early. Great storefront and reps quickly acknowledge you're there and also explain how to use the equipment thoroughly. The second time I rented, upon returning the equipment I noted some issues I encountered and the rep went above and beyond to ensure I left satisfied with my experience. Will definitely continue to rent from Robertson for my future projects.
