The worst after service company I've ever dealt with. The system was installed in the spring. Received 23 of 24 sprinkler heads leaving part of the yard not covered. They were supposed to come back in a few days to make the adjustments. Took weeks to get them back and then received a key to make own adjustments. 3 weeks ago, one of the zones was punctured. We were never advised as to where the lines ran and did what we could to try to map it. I contacted them to come repair it. After several attempts, an appt. was set up to come repair it. Waited all day and texted them late afternoon to see what was happening. I was told by Rolf that he was still coming. He never showed up. That was 8 days ago. Still nothing. The 5 year maintenance under the contract is not worth the paper it's written on. I'll have to get someone else to repair it. Really bad service. Steer clear.

Less than 5 is just WRONG. I have had nothing but great service from Fawcett...Rolf himself has always been an honest, hardworking stand up guy...I called today, not expecting a quick reply because of this heat. He not only called back but was at my house within 2hrs from the call. My neighbor noticed he was here and then went to his house too...if you want good work Fawcett is who I'd recommend....Thanks Rolf for all that you do
I would not recommend Fawcett sprinklers. I had a sprinkler system installed 2 years ago. The overall job was fine. he sprinklers work and the sod took but I had to chase the owner to have final things completed such as a rain sensor which actually never was installed. It was difficult to get Rolf to come back to reset the sprinklers when they were off centered. He would make meeting times and then not show up. I am currently looking to add sprinklers and sodding to my side lot but am looking for another company because the customer service was poor.
Anyone who rates these guys less than 5 stars is quite clearly high on meth. I had a leaky main valve discovered late Friday night. They came out Saturday afternoon in a thunderstorm and had it fixed in 15 minutes at a fraction of what I expected to have to pay. They have my business for life.
