These places have no idea how to host a real party. I've been to a couple of halls like this in Canada and clearly they are not run by westerners. You ask anyone from the US, Canads, UK, Australia, Ireland etc and they will not be impressed with the pathetic make shift bars they put up

Large event hall in the north east section of Richmond.very popular for wedding or any type of large event where food and beverage are needed. Attended a freinds wedding on the weekend and had a Wonderfull time. Nice selection of authentic Indiana style foods- with a wet bar. Nice grouping of large screens to show guest wedding preparation film or whatever theme you may have. Lots of Free parking made it very convenient..

Riverside Grandballroom -Bland hall. Needs a reno. Main lighting is pretty old school. Yellow chandeliers? Back lighting is solid, really helps the room but not comparable to Aria. Food is pretty good. Also not a fan of the advertisement on the screens. Very 90's. no hdmi? Speakers/mic break out. I assume they have ancient sound systems. Riverside Signature - awesome! clean, spacey, lay out is great! Lighting is fantastic, food is delish.
