I joined this Gym in November 2020. Worse gym ever. When I was provided a tour I was told I could use the back room. I do metcons as part of my workouts and after I paid my full year membership upfront I was always kicked out of the backroom and told its for personal trainers only. I also like to incorporate barbell squats training and there are no squat cages! Also..now with covid you can only book for one hour which for me is not enough time. After many verbal complaints and complaints via email, management couldn't care less with my dissatisfaction. I am so dissatisfied with this gym that I joined a different gym. All I would like is reimbursement of the balance of my membership..I had been complaining to them.since week 1.. I feel like I was totally deceived when I was given a tour..

There's good value for your money here. Update: They've renovated the steamroom and they did a great job. The men's showers still don't have curtains 5 months after my initial review. It's usually pretty empty during the day. There's a good selection of cardio equipment, and more than enough strengthening equipment. They also have other group exercise rooms, and free classes to join if you're into that. The pool is small, but looks relaxing. Staff are friendly enough. They have a dry sauna room, which is large, but not really warm enough to break a sweat unless you stay in for 15 min or more. The shower room is extremely old and in dire need of repair. For some bazaar reason, there's no shower curtains in the men's showers. I informed one of the staff that I had a creep watching me naked in the shower, which is why this review will stay 3 stars until the privacy issue gets resolved. Not sure why a gym would forget something so mandatory. Apparently they're also being renovated at some point, but don't count on it. Overall, I'm happy so far with the price and the experience, except for the showers... they're creepy as all hell...lol.

I joined a few years back and shortly after that I had a bad car accident . Everything was going well until that time. I have been diagnosed with a TBI and I struggle with day to day memory issues . When the Red zone started and the Mindbody App was in use, I would accidently book 2 appointmenst in a day. I was called by the ew \ manager Gabrielle and scolded and threatened like a child. I explained my situation to her, Joey and Julie the owners and they would have nothing of it. ( as a side note, Joey said I could come back if there were open spots on the App ) They blocked my App use and then 2 days later cancelled my membership over the phone . Toxic management, decent gym for 30 yr old equipment

Enjoy going to this gym because of various equipment and rooms. Only minus is that the sauna is not available though it's not their fault but the governments
