My boyfriend & I were on our way to Toronto, from Montreal, and our GMC truck broke down. A few hours later, we got towed to this garage. We were already prepared to have to spend the night at a motel in Brockville, thinking the repairs would get done the next morning at best. Even though it was late and close to all the employees' end of shift, they all came together to find the problem and fixed it right away. Thanks to everyone at Riverside Chevrolet, we were able to make the drive safely to Toronto that night. Best service received from a car dealership! They even gave our dog lots of treats & cuddles! Thank you, 5 star all the way!!!

service was fine, I dropped my truck off a day early and spoke to the Sales Manager Chris about trading my truck for a diesel. When I picked up my truck from service all was good (thanks Gord and staff) however I talked to Chris and was told he would get back to me on Monday. That's now over 2 weeks now with No reply. This was the second chance I gave this dealership, there won't be a third!

Disappointed............. I did a test drive on a truck I was very interested in. I Sat down with the salesman and went over numbers including a trade. Everything was written up and I asked if I could take the night to think about it. The salesman said yes of course. I called the following morning to inform them I wanted to purchase the truck. I was bluntly told that they had sold the truck after I had left. I was even told that it was someone from out of town and that he came up with the money first and that is how business works. I will never step foot on their property again.
