When we decided to take the leap of building our own custom home\u200e, we were both excited and scared. An integral part of our new home build was we wanted it to be a full on Smart Home. We knew little about the process and what to expect. When we met a few companies to discuss the necessary engineering, installation and products needed, Rival Homes was certainly the smartest (no pun intended). We were given a breakdown of the price quoted and what to expect going forward. It was then that we knew we were in good hands as everything was communicated and explained thoroughly. Throughout the build process they were with us at every stage and guided us through until completion. The process had even finished better than we expected which shows just how precise and how well executed the process was. Rival Homes was excellent at answering my questions, this level of service put us at ease during the whole process. Our home turned out beautiful and has everything we imagined. We would like to thank the whole Rival team for the smooth and flawless work from start to finish.

I met with Troy from Rival Home Systems for a consultation on our smart home needs for a property we renovated. He came from a referral through our daughter and brother in law. We were certainly happy we met with him. Troy is not only professional and punctual, he is extremely personable and straight forward. We are use to other contractors trying to over-sell product we don't need and disappearing after the job is done. That was never the case with Rival Homes. Troy gave us a few different options and went over all the pros and cons. In the end we have a fully automated home that is completely custom to our lifestyle. We hired Rival after meeting with a few automation companies and decided to use them because they were the most professional, friendly, and most importantly, knowledgeable. We now have the home theater system of our dreams in the basement. The innovation available now absolutely surpassed my families expectations. To be clear, this technology isn’t cheap, but we appreciate how Rival gave us a fair and competitive price on all the products installed. Troy with Rival Homes is the best of the best. His company provided and installed an incredible outdoor sound system with the best sound quality speakers I've ever heard for our patio. Troy went above and beyond with explaining how simple the system is to use off our phones. Troy is always easy for me to get a hold of for any questions I ever have regarding home automation. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to upgrade there home.
