My husband and I are long time patients of Dr Tahir and we absolutely love her. She is so caring and efficient and always has our best interests in mind. We have so much respect for her. As for her staff, they are all just awesome. They are just so helpful and kind especially Wilma and Shelly who we have a wee laugh with. We would like to say to you all a MASSIVE BIG THANK YOU for being there and caring for us during this pandemic.

This clinic is very reliable. Before the pandemic, it was always a quick walk-in clinic and you are all done in less than an hour. However, with the whole Covid situation, you have to wait quite a while before you can be seen by the doctor. I have my family doctor and the doctors here are so nice and knowledgeable. The one issue I had one time was that, I came to see the doctor for couple of medical and mental concerns. But the doctor replied stating that he can only deal with one concern per visit. I really needed to talk to my doctor but I guess they get busy sometimes. Overall, this clinic is very professional and proficient.
I have been a patient at Ritson North on a few occasions and received amazing treatment by their admin staff and Dr. Tahir. They helped me get to the bottom of newer health issues I lived with for a couple years. Due to their knowledge, my health has greatly improved. They helped me maneuver the healthcare system where other clinics could not. Following this experience, as a HCP, I have experienced exceptional feedback from clients who have received care from this facility (some whom I referred to them). Wilma (administrator) is one of the most kind, empathetic and hard working individuals I know. She is professional and strives to provide excellent client service. Their HCP team is equally amazing with their client care. In addition, the team at this facility has worked exceptionally hard (above and beyond) to safely serve Durham region (and surrounding area) throughout the entire pandemic...while other sites were closed. I thank you all for your service and dedication before and during the pandemic. You must be exhausted!
I called this clinic the morning of the 30, hoping to speak with a professional on some health issues. My call gets put on hold, which then I proceed to wait 14minutes before the line is picked up, and I am acknowledged. As a Customer Service Manager, who came from a large corporation, it is hugely disappointing the lack of phone etiquette that I encounter regularly. When I pick up a line to acknowledge my client or customer paying my salary, I ask them if they don't mind holding? I then return to the call and advise them if I am still busy if they don't mind holding a bit longer, or I could call them back. Being new to Oshawa, I am particular to who I give my business (money) to. The next clinic I called helped me, acknowledged me, and called me back right away. Guaranteed, I would use them again. We need to stand out in our customer service skills in these troubling times and \Phone Etiquette\ is also extremely important.
I have been going to this clinic and pharmacy for over year and have no complaints! The staff is friendly, and usually there are not long waits at the walk-in clinic. The pharmacy even offers free delivery for prescriptions. I did have a bit of an issue with refilling a prescription recently, however, both the pharmacy and clinic owners/managers reached out to me directly to address my concerns, and I am very happy with their resolution, and impressed they cared enough to reach out to me. Overall a great experience (as good as going to the doctor's can be!).
