Great shop. Kind courteous customer service. They take the time to explain your repairs. My experience has been that most bike shops treat you like you are interrupting them and rush you out. Definitely a gem of a bike shop.
My husband and I both have brought our bikes in for regular maintenance and are very impressed with the service and communication. Also when I have had issues come up, that the dealer can not solve, Samson diagnosed the problem and fixed it. We really appreciate the excellent service! Thank you!
Brought my bike to rising sun to see what can be done as it was in pretty rough shape. Samson communicated what had to be done in order for the bike to run safely and was open about everything and pricing. Service and communication was second to none. Will be using Samson and his team at rising sun from here on out.

Recently bought a 1993 Yamaha Virago. Issues arose shortly after purchase. It needed full fork rebuild, complete fluid changes, some minor seal work, & adjustments / minor tuning. Samson & his crew at Rising Sun did a great job & have stood by their work, helping with pointers & minor adjustment after getting it back & riding it for a few hundred km. Thanks guys! Its hard to find honest mechanics these days & you guys restore customers faith in the industry. They have my business for any future motorcycle needs. Great customer service in regards to returning emails & over the phone help.
