The worst customer service ever. I bought a backpack from them on October 5th, I wanted to return it a week ago, but i could not find the receipt, the salesperson told me that they cannot accept it whithout a receipt!!!!!! Whattttt!!?? Never have seen such a thing before!!!!!! Ok, fine!!! I found the receipt, i went to the store today again, this time with the receipt, and they said it is more than 21 days (the return policy). Which i understand, but they did not even consider a store credit!!!!!! Come on guys, i dont need the backpack and a store credit means that i will spend the money in your store and buy something that i need!!! Will Never ever shop there again.
