Village on the Ridge exceeded our expectations. The wonderful staff provided support and assistance to our family throughout our journey to find a suitable home for our mother. At every step of the way, their guidance helped ensure a smooth transition not only for our mother, but for all family members. The caring staff, who obviously enjoy working with seniors, were very welcoming, and did a thorough assessment to determine our mother's unique needs and wishes. Social interaction and attendance at activities is encouraged. VOTR provides excellent meals and ensures good communication between staff, resident and family. Our father can rest easy knowing that she is being well cared for in a home-like environment. The personalized, respectful approach to care, will enhance her quality of life.

I have worked at Village on the Ridge for nearly 5 years and in that time I have built up a lot of friendships with staff and residents alike. I feel that the staff is caring and often goes the extra mile for residents when possible. The facility is comfortable and cozy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
