They first came on October 6 due to maytag dishwasher needing repair (under warranty). The serviceman said it needed 2 parts and it would take about 2 weeks to get the parts. He left no name or phone number. A month later after calling Maytag to no avail, we posted a review of Maytag on facebook and all of a sudden got a date that they would be in b/w 12-5 on Friday.A serviceman showed up at 4:54 and my son let him in. He said he can't do the repair with water in the unit. Demeaning service.
Great experience. He came in to fix our dishwasher and knew exactly what was wrong and had it fixed in no time at all. Would definitely recommend
The company has sent 3 different techs out to fix my KitchhenAid dishwaher and it still does not work. Only 4yrs old. Also the last tech Mason was unprofessional when dealing with my wife. I alerted Beecroft to this. The girls in the office have been good and helpful. Now tech number 4 is coming out soon. Hopefully it is solved after this. But Whirlpool/KitchenAid assured me they will keep going until it's fixed. ***Tech #4 came out now. James was very knowledgeable and did figure out one issue regarding the water from my tank not being hot enough but even with that fixed it's still not operating properly. Rinse and express wash work but all the other main settings on the left side do not...still. Hopefully visit #5 will do the trick. This is very upsetting and frustrating. ***5th visit was a bit better. Owner James came again and finally figured out it was a pump and board issue and apparently my model has had similar problems in the past. Board was covered as it has been less than 5 years but pump was 280 ridiculous. Add that to what I paid for them the first time they come out and the new handle we needed because the old one fell off I'm halfway to a new one so this new fix better work and if it does I'll leave it as a 3 star and not a 1 or 2 star. KitchenAid/Whirlpool needs to be better as well. If there is a problem with a model then fix them for free or replace the appliance. You don't just let people pay out of pocket for your mistake. A dishwasher should not be dying out after 4 1/2 years. Not good business to allow this to occur. Whirlpool/KitchenAid only offered 15% discount on getting a new one for my trouble. Wow what a deal. Really!!! Finally...it's fixed. The owner of Beecroft and employee Jeremy were great. It was the owner only out of the first 4 people to come to figure it out so thank you for that. I'd rate it overall 3.5 but the owner gets a 5 and Jeremy a 4.5 thx.
Please keep an open mind when reading the negative reviews. In my experience, it's not to difficult to throw shade after the fact. I was in customer service for over 30 years so believe me when I say that these folks are the real deal! The gals in the office (I dealt primarily with Andrea and had a few interactions with Amy as well) and the Tech's that visited our home are all first rate (sorry guys, your names elude me). The issues with a refrigerator and a microwave oven were resolved to our 100% satisfaction and we know we can contact them directly if any other issues arise. The best customer service experience I have had in a very long time! Thanks Andrea and team, a job well done!
