My course M2 was moved 3 weeks back due to covid restrictions, normally I would be very understanding as regulations keep changing. My problem is that they knowingly over booked their courses and did not provide a warning to students when booking months in advance. When I called to figure the situation out they said that they were waiting until the last minute to notify students as zones change suddenly. I understand they probably did this so not to loose students/money, however they should have stated when booking that only the first X# of spots were guaranteed so that Students could look to taking the course in municipalities with less restrictions.

Took my M2 with RTI Toronto location and I highly recommend them. The trainers Stu, Marlon and Alexey were knowledgeable and very helpful. P.S. They run rain or shine - Got my M2 after riding in the rain, continuously for 7 hours.

I signed up for the M2 training course at the Scarborough location not knowing what to expect. I had no experience riding more then one and 2 times here and there. This course is hands down the BEST course for anyone with zero experience to someone who has been riding. The trainers work with you to make sure you can handle a bike and understand fully the rules of the road. It is both fun and informative. Strongly recommend this course to everyone who wants to ride, it should be mandatory.

Great group of staff here, from the office staff to the Instructors. Very professional and informative. There's lots to learn from them and establishes the foundations for safe riding practices for years of life on two wheels. I use what I've learned from my experiences at RTI every time I get on my bike and I truly feel the value of what I was taught. It was worth every penny and I think every new rider should take a few courses at RTI to get started or sharpen their existing skills.

Sign-up process was easy and painless (even close to the last minute). The technical course focuses on slow speed control and maneuvering. Sharon and Dave were excellent instructors who tailored the day to fit each riders skill level. With their tips and coaching everyone noticeably improved by the end of the day. Course runs rain or shine, be sure to bring some rain gear.

I did my M2 course in Guelph recently with Dave, Gillian, Mel and Sean. I was absolutely terrified when we started but by the end I felt like a confident and responsible rider. Motorcycling can be a dangerous sport and I think that everyone should be required to take this course to learn how to be a safe and aware rider. The instructors were great and really care about everyone succeeding. My only complaint would be that the class sizes were a bit large and so you waited in line a lot to do a lesson. When you consider the amount of riding you get, the motorcycle rental and the amount of instruction you get its worth the money.

Its a amazing place to learn biking either from scratch or to brush up your skills. I passed my M1 exit today at Oakville, it was a wonderful experience with some excellent instructors. They give you so much time and practice that its impossible to go wrong. All the instructors have years of biking experience and it was visible during the training. The most important part is that they teach you how to be safe on the road and not just pass the exam. A big shout to Marc, Yoshi, Chris and Andy...you guys rock and are doing an incredible job. Thanks again for everything.

Chris, Sharon, Melanie and Greg were great coaches. Over the course of the weekend we went from inexperienced riders with limited skills to comfortable riders who can confidently navigate the Ontario roadways. It was Greg’s birthday on Sunday and he spent it teaching us to ride motorcycles. Sharon made us cupcakes. Overall enjoyable experience. Thanks RTI
