Very greedy and money minded people! The apartments are extremely dirty and unhygienic with no emenities. We once applied for a unit at 47 thorncliffe for one year lease whose rent was 1300 CAD. They rejected our application although we had a decent credit score. We applied for the same unit again after 2 weeks and this time they approved our application but for 1500 CAD. They are the most inhuman people who can do anything to get more money. Never ever go for Morgourd. I think it's high time for the Canadian government to take action against such greedy organizations who suck the blood of immigrants for money.
just waste of time there is no gov responsible to monitor these buildings.
My partner and I have tried calling for the past couple of weeks. Almost calling 3-4 times a day but NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR RETURNS MESSAGES. Its such a shame cause we were very excited to see some nice apartments with decent prices.
Very rude staff who’s working at 35 building.they can’t even speak proper English language.wish some day very soon God help me to MOVE OUT from this real HELL....AMEN
