Such a great little store! When my daughters fish passed away we upgraded her to a hamster and the staff helped her pick out the perfect little fur buddy to bring home and helped us adults pick out the best habitat for her. Everyone is always super friendly and very knowledgeable! Thank you for your business! :D

Super disappointed with how Rick's conducted themselves when my daughter's hamster died in 8 days. Was never informed of their policy at time of purchase. Tried reaching out to the store directly and was treated very poorly. The woman on the phone basically assumed that it's environment was bad and that's why it died when I had purchased over 100 in supplies for it. Very disappointing. Lost me as a customer.
