I can't get enough of this place! Their selection of herbs is unbeatable. They have the basics, usually in many varieties (care for Candied Fruit mint?) and some unique and uncommon herbs and veggies and flowers as well. They have an incredible seed selection which encompasses some items they don't grow in the greenhouse. Richter's has an extensive catalogue to order even more items they don't have in stock at the store! Some very uncommon items. It is a peaceful and lovely feeling to walk through their greenhouse. I have now succumbed to a geranium addiction for all the delightful-smelling varieties they carry!

Wonderful selection and very helpful staff. Following all the covid protocols, it was a safe and pleasant experience. I was able to find many very interesting plants and seeds.
Love this place! It's pristine, well-organized and brimming with variety of novelty, trademarked and medicinal plants. The staff members go out of their way to ensure you leave with quality starter plants. We grabbed a few female seabuckthorn plants and an employee noticed we grabbed a weak one. They went to the back and looked for a nicer plant, which was greatly appreciated. Richter's selection of scented geraniums and unique mints deserves a separate mention. We grabbed Apple, Marshmallow and Grapefruit mints that are currently thriving. Valerian, German chamomile and Passion fruit vine have been sitting in their nursery pots for weeks and they are doing great despite my neglect. Repotted stinging nettle is growing rapidly. We ended up coming back for a handsome eucalyptus plant and will be back as soon as possible for the curry plant, which I regret not buying because I don't know how to take care of it. Those of you interested in Victorian hair styling will appreciate mature Orris roots available at slightly higher price than younger starter plugs. Heirloom fans will discover rare seeds such as Oxheart tomatoes, Persian basil and Mexican chocolate-scented cosmos - varieties practically sold out nationwide. Make sure to grab Richter's comprehensive catalogue - it's well-organized and educational. What a wonderful nursery
Pretty awesome spot if your looking for seeds, fresh and dried herbs! Extremely knowledgeable staff and happy to help you with your purchase start to finish. Great selection overall but if you looking for seeds they have more variety than I knew existed! Definitely worth the trip out!

Amazing Store. Employees are super nice. I bought a few plants here (2x Alpine Strawberries, Bouquet Dill, Big Jim Pepper, Spearmint). The employees had even noticed that the Dill wasn't great quality at checkout and gave it to me for free! I will definitely come back here . Keep up the good work Richter's!
