I was recommended to give this company a call. I was very fortunate enough to get a free service quote from word of mouth. My furnace was broken, the inducer needed to be replaced though every other company I called told me to replace the whole furnace for thousands of dollars which I did not want to spend. An experienced technician came through and did his diagnostic performance which was very honest. Told me what I needed done and how he was going about this situation. A few days later got the quote via email which very fairly priced, I accepted the offer and another technician came today and replaced the part. I am very satisfied with the work and the communication this company has brought to me, very straight forward, honest with their opinion. I appreciate everything. I will be a repeat business.

I have hired Westrim on a number of occasions for various jobs in our condo, including fixing toilets faultily installed by the previous owners, replacing shower fixtures, and installing a Flo by Moen water shut-off device. Every time, the various plumbers did a great job, were courteous, and left a clean scene when they were done. They answered all my questions patiently, too. With the Flo by Moen, there have been some hiccups related to the device itself (none of Westrim's fault) and they were very responsive to make the required fixes. They are not the cheapest plumbers out there, but you get what you pay for. I always hope I'll never have to call them again, but when I do get a plumbing issue I feel better knowing that I can trust these very professional people with it.

Our strata hired Westrim to do our drain line flushing as well as camera scope our lines to see the conditions of our pipes, as we have an older building. They were very thorough, pleasant and honest. They even took the time to explain their findings and recommendations. It’s great to know companies like Westrim are still out there!

We had a combination hot water boiler that was broken. We called Westrim after having a bad experience with the company listed on our hot water boiler as a contact. Adam, the service manager from Westrim, listened to our needs and our urgency as he was aware of our situation. We had no heat and no hot water. It was already noon and I understand how busy the plumbers schedules are as I contacted them quite late. Adam was able to send Richard, who came in a couple hours after my phone call and helped us diagnose the problem. He fixed it over the phone with the service technicians and next day, we had no hot water again. It was unfortunate and after more diagnostics the following day, Richard found out we needed a couple parts which were luckily covered by warranty. Westrim, Adam, and Richard go by their word and since it was Friday, the earliest we got the parts was on Monday as the hot water boiler company had to ship the parts from the US. Overall, although we didn’t have heat and hot water for two days, Adam and his team did an amazing job following up and solving the problem. I would recommend Westrim to others! Thank you for fixing our water boiler!
