Great place to shop. Lot of space to move and there are some great indications on the floor to help the flow of customers during this Covid19 period. If you plan to use the cart, do not forget to bring a CAD 1 coind like a deposit. Great shopping center.

I ordered a hair oil online which was to be shipped from USAs company. It was supposed yo be in store 10 days ago. I did not receive any emails or calls to update me for the delay. It took me 7 hours to reach customer service representative through a phone call. And when i express to her that how it is frustrating to wait for a call let alone wait for the product itself, she instead remarks that she is alone at the desk and some other calls are waiting as well. Then she transfers me to online orders representative who did not even care to listen to carefully. She did not add to information that i already had and rather had vague answer for my questions. I understand that it is a difficult time considering the global pandemic, but why there is only one person at the service desk and why did not the other representative look into the problem more seriously. I did not wish for the product to be brought sooner to me, i just wanted to know what exactly is going on and whats the status. I am clearly unhappy by this. Sorry for the bad review.
Customer service manager doesn’t know how to do customer service. When people are standing in the line at customer service, she brought some other customer from the self checkout line and directly took him to the counter, so what about the customers waiting in the line at customer service? I did not see this type of arrangement at any other store. And the most important, 50% of their staff is wearing mask below their nose, which is completely not appropriate. Value your all customers, not only one or two. Manager also needs supervision.
I bought \Dempster’s Everything Bagels\ as part of my online delivery order. Received this product with animal bites (would guess a rat) in the bag and the first bread of the bag. Marks are very irregular and a piece of the first bread is missing. This, in my opinion, is disgusting and shows poor management in how they store their products. No quality check either when their a fulfilling the delivery orders... -- Walmart blocked my review on the product on their site about this
Great pricing, they have calamari for just 7.95 a box and it is delicious! Lots of deals and the store is expansive so even when busy it is not crowded. The self checkout staff are the best of any Walmart I’ve seen. Very helpful and go the extra mile for their customers, easy to see they enjoy their job.
