My package has been there for over a month now. Hopefully they are just holding it due to COVID but I have a feeling that's not the case. Seems like I'm not the only one with this issue. Super unfortunate, since it was an awesome gift form my friend in Victoria. I sure hope if someone there stole it they are enjoying it more than my friends would have.
I HAVE A PLANT GARDENIA SITTING THERE SINCE THE 12TH IT WAS BEING SET TO MY FRIEND WHOS HUSBAND HAS CANCER AND WAS TOLD BY DOCTORS THERE WASNT NOTHING ELSE THEY COULD DO FOR HIM.. THIS WAS THE ONE THING I KNOW WOULD MAYBE PUT A SMILE ON HER FACE.
Had good service. My call was promptly answered as were my questions. Hats of to the young lady who deals with unhappy people all day. They are doing their job. I might not always agree with them but with one exception they have always been polite and professional.
This place closes at 4 and they didn't take my call at 12:51 PM. Package has been sitting there for a week. Valued at just about 200. Fix your stupid service. This place sucks
