Place was closed this morning. Was told to park in P1 or 2 for the same price as long term.? I sure hope so. 2 weeks is a long time.

Cheaper parking rates with no customer service if needed. License plate scanner never worked. Bus shuttle is a joke. It’s the same shuttle for YVR employee parking. Absolutely no sign anywhere. Shuttle bus is a big translink type of bus and it stops on the second level where it says D2. Don’t wait by the shuttle bus sign on the lower baggage claim level.
Often there’s a problem with accessing past the gate although I always make reservations. Another issue is machine has a hard time to read the code off of a mobile screen. When you call staff you never get your issue resolved. Also their machine often has issue with printing receipts. When I called 3/4 times their office, i get a voice message and no one returns your call. I finally found a phone number to get a hold of a staff but she managed to only send me the wrong receipt. Very unprofessional bunch. Also, the designer of the stalls made sure the spots are so small (e.g. make more money) that when a larger car parks in the stall it’s takes away 1/2 of the driveway which is a safety concern.
Simple and smooth process for booking and parking. Loving being able to manage my booking online.
Good enough parking just a long way from the airport have to take skytrain.
