Very polite and very respectful. I also felt safe because of the covid measures they had in place. Also...super super super delicious!

I like the fact that the drinks aren't super sweet to begin with. They even let me order less sweet when I asked them to, which I find it surprising for brown sugar drinks. As far as the tofu drink, I like the soy idea but I'm not sure if I'll order that again. The tofu flavor just seems over powering to my liking.
Taste is good but portion is small. You can’t adjust ice or sugar level and it melts fast in summer. Quickly tastes watered down cause more than 1/3 cup of ice. Also can’t have it normal temp or warmed up. Pity.
Really sweet, so I would recommend getting less sugar.
Pretty good, but not much different than most other good bubble tea places.
Their specialty is brown sugar but the taste is underwhelming. Not sweet enough.
Service was bad, but the drink was tasty, hence the two stars instead of one. It was our first time there so we spent some time studying the menu. The cashier looked like he didn't really want to be there, so I figured I shouldn't bother him with any question, lol. I usually order my bbt with 50% sugar and no ice, but the guy told me I cannot customize the sugar and ice level. After I got my drink, I noticed quite some ice in my drink, and just when we were able to leave, I heard the guy behind me ordered his drink with no ice. Maybe he ordered a different drink, but it doesn't look like it's impossible to take out the ice in my drink. On the positive side, I quite liked my drink - first one on the menu with boba and pearl. The sweetness level was just about right, the cream was creamy and rich, though it was diluted with the ice in the end :(
If I were reviewing purely the tea, absolutely nothing about the product would warrant criticism. The beverage was deliciously sweet and rich, with a very complex flavor that tasted like it took hours to stew pearls in the dark sugar. Probably the most complex, rich milk tea I have ever had (in my humble, limited experience). The menu needs work, as the drinks are listed in four different categories with nothing obvious differentiating them. The names of the drinks give you almost too much information with nothing obviously distinguishing them aside from price. Readability of the menu would be the largest improvement Tiger Sugar could make. Price and wait time are indicative of the product you receive. As in, both are pretty bad but the product is worth it as a destination spot.
