This place is laughable. I don't even mind bad service, but I have a problem when my food shows up completely different than what I ordered. Look at the photo... does the real thing even resemble the menu picture? Definitely not! Such a rip off for 15. I wouldn't even buy this for 5. Sadly we were forced to pay 15% tips for our group. If I had a choice, I wouldn't even pay for this junk at all. Will never return.

Sunmary: horrible service, pretty good food. Under impressed by the service provided. Only two servers on a Wednesday evening, but there were only two tables seated before us (one was almost done). Menu items were somewhat limited for this type of place. After ordering two meals and two drinks, it took a while to come. My drink and meal arrived before anything arrived for my dining partner. Server who took our order also couldn't remember who ordered which one. Other server walked by with the other order and tried to bring it to another table. Drink came even later. After we were done our meal for a while, we had to flag down our server to ask for the bill. She proceeded to punch in the orders of another table that had arrived. Finally we lost patience and just went to the front counter to pay, but even then the other server was busy making two drinks from a take out order and took a while to get to us.
Why I have to give one star for that, bad experience. I can't understand how anyone can enjoy in a place like this, what kind of club is this. I would never recommend it to anyone
A so call the only club in Richmond Terrible weird vibe Confusing service Terrible food and beverage with a very high price They keep place bad edm songs live mix from YouTube and hard style edm during dinner hour A overall super weird place with a lot of things going on at the same time If you ever got bored and wanna see something different in Richmond This is a place to go for sure
Very uncomfortable. Expensive. Not recommended after new renovation.
