Steven W. if u see that name tag u better turn around and look for another location. Had everything set and singed all I missed was a G for gas type of fuel. The guy took close to 40 minutes to do a simple transfer of ownership. I had the plates and insurance there was no change on ANYTHING for my insurance it should have taken 3 minutes yet the guy showed me step by step letter by letter on paper and screen and shredded his print outs twice like how in the world with so much detailed y get it wrong? . It has taken me at most 7 minutes before and I didn’t have a transfer form ready in those 7 minutes. As I walked out I warned other to look for another location. Good lord .... I wanted to die there . I don’t like to make comments but I just couldn’t avoid this one .

Never go to this broker! Ramzan N, the manager, either knows nothing about the insurance services or intentionality waste customer’s time by calling someone else for assistance. I got everything needed for insurance and successfully purchased last time. But this time he just kept thinking up some unreasonable requirements to refuse to do the insurance. This is the worst broker and insurance manager I have ever seen!
