Excellent service. I enjoy going to home Depot so much when I have the opportunity to. I think one thing that would really help me as a customer is understand when their seasonal stuff was coming out. I know I'm just nic-picking but sometimes I show up expecting to be able to buy something and I can't yet.

Like I've said many times before Home Depot employees are very helpful. Quick to help and considering the amount of items they have, they seem to know where everything is. As a professional carpenter I find myself there first before any other place. Because for the most part they have what I need and the prices are fair.

I went in with a specific problem. I was greeted at the door by an associate who directed me to the correct department. The associate at.the desk didn't know the answer and she was busy with another customer, which was fine. She directed me to the correct corridor and 5 minutes later showed up with a specialist who could answer my questions. An excellent store experience!

Great staff at the online service desk... but I was a little disappointed with a couple of staff at the lumber end of the store. It was not too bad, and would still recommend the store. Personally, I will order online from now on and have everything ready for pick up when I get there.
