Gavin was excellent. After a mishap where my glasses were snapped during the shaping process, he promptly sent through an order to have them shipped to me and kept me up to date as to their availability in store should they not arrive in time for the weekend. The biggest issues I had was with Sunglass Hut’s own shipping dept. who were slow, laborious to deal with and uncommunicative. I would not order online again but would visit and buy from this store, and Gavin, again.
