When I arrived to pick up a UPS Package, Jordan was on the phone. He should have asked me to wait and I would have understood, instead he lied and said the package had not arrived and to return at 5pm. I returned home and called UPS, they assured me the package was there and had been since the previous night. I called Jordan, this time he put me on hold and checked...yes this time the package was there. I was not impressed.
