Best spot for kids Halloween costumes!! The staff here is AMAZING! They will go WAY above and beyond for you. I needed a costume for my daughter after she changed her mind last minute about what she wanted to be for Halloween and they manager scoured they back room for the costume but couldn’t find it.... despite having 1 in the correct size showing up in the store as available on the inventory list. She took my phone # , found the costume and held it for me until I could drive back to the store later that day. I was so grateful to them as it was the last costume in my daughters size in the city. Thank u Spirit Halloween for saving the day

When I bought two halloween costumes on Oct 22, the cashier told me that I can get a refund before Oct 31. Today I came in to to return them because my parties got cancelled, another cashier told me that I can’t get a refund after Oct 18. You should’ve told me the correct info when I bought them.

For years my family and I have enjoyed a thrilling annual visit to the Spirit of Halloween at the Lansdowne Mall in Richmond. The store was spacious, enabling us to linger over every aisle in the store. We always left the store having purchased something, large or small. Furthermore, I teach, and every year, I make Hallowe'en goodie-bags for my students, purchasing party favours from your store to make them. This year's experience fell far below the experiences we have had. Why you would choose a super small store in the Richmond Centre (the busiest mall in Richmond) is beyond me. The aisles were ultra tight, the store packed with people, which discouraged us from wanting to linger over any aisle at all. In fact, within about 10 minutes, I could not wait to get out of your store. We bought nothing. Your store has been my favourite store for years. Anyone would have had to work very hard to ruin my experience in it, but you did it this year! Please...next year, return to your former location or if it's not available for rent, at least choose a suitable sized store that enables your customers to take a couple steps back to enjoy your props and other decorations, the costumes, as well.
