After a factory order of my Porsche, there were noticeable swirls and scratches on my car after delivery, which was very mind boggling and heart breaking, quite possibly due to the dealership detailers. I did a lot of research before attempting to take my car anywhere for paint correction. After about a month or two of careful research and consideration I got the courage to have my car paint corrected at Speed Projects Laboratory in Richmond. I had spent time carefully seeking advice from Zack, Kelvin and their team at their workshop before finally dropping my brand new 2021 Carrera S off. At the end of it all I was very pleased and satisfied with the results. These guys are true to their word and worked very hard to make my car's paint factory new again. I highly recommend this place for any paint correction and or Xpel/ceramic coating. I would personally opt for Xpel instead of Ceramic coating for the next time as it is definitely worth the extra bucks. It's nice to have a local, honest, professional, friendly and car enthusiastic team that knows what their customers expect and want. This was my first sports car and hopefully many more to follow in the future. I'll happily spend my money here again during the next visit.

Can't thank Zack and team enough for the professionalism and great customer service. Inquired about a part but wasn't feasible so they recommended an alternative and I couldn't have been happier. From start to finish everything was on point and accommodated my time and availability. Highly recommend these guys and am a customer for life!

Dead honesty this company really knows how to treat customers. The service was amazing. Even though they couldn't tune my car they gave me loads of information that I could use. If this is a phone call what is service like at the store.

Perfectly tinted my headlights the way I wanted it and fog lights also! Plus it was super cheap for tinting too so it was a win win
